them only allow you to send a message to someone who is a member of their service. Yahoo!
Pager is one such instant messenger.
Yahoo pager allows you to send an instant message to any Yahoo member (there are A LOT!)
that is currently on-line. You need to have the Yahoo screen name of the person that you
wish to send a message to, and that person does not need to have the Pager. You also need
to have a Yahoo e-mail account/Yahoo chat alias.
The program takes a little while to start up and run, but once it is running, it is pretty
fast, and the program itself is easy to use, and very powerful for an advanced user.
Overall, whether you are a super-advanced user, or a computer illiterate, you should be
able to use Yahoo! Pager. I recommend this program, because it is a relatively easy way to
reach your friends on the internet, and it is free, so kids and teens can use it without
having to pay the cash.
