WallMaster is a handy wallpaper changing utility. I found it easy to setup and configure. Moreover, WallMaster has much more features and customization options that I'd expect for a program that is freeware.

WallMaster recognizes .bmp images as well as .jpg, .gif, .png, .pcx, .tga, .pcd, and .ico formats. Lesser programs only recognize .bmp formats making life difficult for the user since most images downloaded from the internet are in .jpg and .gif formats. WallMaster lets multiple users of one computer can create their own wallpaper list that they can configure to change every few minutes or upon startup. It also lets users can configure how they want individual images in their wallpaper list to be displayed. Images can be tiled, center, or custom positioned by the user.

I recommend this to anyone who wants a easy to use wallpaper changing program for the right price (FREE).
