Do you want to change Window's start button/task bar? Someone must do, if the number of available replacements are anything to go by. Personally, I'm quite happy with it. Sure, it's not the prettiest thing in the world, but it does it's job.
enable (note the little "e") Toolbox is one such replacement. I admit it's better looking than the bog standard Windows version, but does it improve on it? Well, yes I suppose. The bar has all you start menu and desktop items, clock, a memory graph and a CPU graph (why?). You can add extra ones like a CD player and power checker, if you wanted to.
I can't fault the program - it does it's job, is user friendly, and has a good help file - but I can't see why you'll want to use it. It simply does a job that Windows already does. If it ain't broke, don't fix it - that's what I say.
