As they say, if you don't understand something, just experiment. [Ha do you know how much trouble I can get into doing something like that!]
When you open the program, there are 7 tabs of things you can do. On the main tab you can name the new skin, choose whether you are going to use English or Russian, [no there are not any other language choices!] you can enter the height of cells, determine where the information is located=between the cells or under the cells, and set the field location on the main window as in X and Y.
The second tab covers the colors of every position of the new skin. The 3rd tab covers the fonts, both for player one and two, as in what type of font and what size.The 4th tab is miscellaneous, you can change the visibility of the bevels, specify initial location of programs windows, set window's cordinate's relative to the top left corner of the main window, and a couple of other things that I don't understand-and if you do you don't need to read reviews, do you?]
The 5th tab is Pictures, and it looks like a place to store the names of every bitmap you used in the skin. The 6th tab is Sounds and it is a place to change and access the sounds you have on your computer you want to put into your skin. The 7th tab is called Cursors and Icons, and it is a place to put the cursors and icons you will be using in the skin.
So there you are! As they say, experiment. The program is free [course the computer isn't so be carefull!
