Well, I'm glad this is a free program. I didn't care too much for it. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be picky. For one thing, there is no help file inside the program, so if you're like me, I live for desktop icons, I had to find out where the program was stashed, go into C:\ and find the readme file. Then, it took me the longest time to figure out, [I don't know why-don't ask-it might be catching] that no examples of subliminals are included. There are 2 bars underneath, one says message cycle rate, the other says message cycle speed. I found the arrows one on either side, but there is no numbers, no way to figure out how fast you have it going or if you are even doing any good!. However, this is where you are supposed to type a message, like " cigarettes taste awful" so that you can improve your self.

Now I was under the impression that subliminals were something that you couldn't see except with your subconscious. I kept clicking on the 2 bars, but I could never get it where I couldn't see my message-I thought I was doing something wrong-I even printed the readme file-still didn't seem to help.

There is a banner function, this takes the message you typed above, and instead of setting in one spot and blinking, it ran up and down and blinked.

There is a screenshow component, which is just colors flashing, that's kinda pretty, but now I'm worried-is that where the subliminal message is? and if so, what it ? Anyway, this is just a small rectangular box in the top 1/3 of the subliminal window. Inside that is a starfield, [which is pretty] but you're not supposed to use with the screenshow, which begs the question, why is it stashed inside the screenshow? [took me a few minutes to figure out how not to run them together-this is not covered in the readme file] The screenshow comes with a warning about going too fast, especially if you have a history of seizures-I don't AND I can't make it go fast! Oh well.

Last, the program comes with a 20 MIDI called Echoes, which is supposed to be very relaxing and supposed to be used with certain combinations for maximum effect. There is no sound player, so you have to wander off and find your MIDI player.

The clock works good though!
