"DiskState" shows you how much of your hard drive is used, free, and the amount used as "swap file". It will remove entries from Windows add/remove programs list, clean typed URLs, run history, find history, document history, Internet Explorer cookies and history files. On multi-boot systems, "DiskState" will extract bootblocks of each partition in the system. (If you understood that last function, you know more about computers than I do *LOL*).
I downloaded, installed, and ran through some of the cleaning functions (cleaned out the URLs I'd typed into Internet Explorer, cleaned Windows' run, find, and document history, and cleaned out Internet Explorer's cookies and history files. It works . . . . like so many other programs. The only unique feature of "DiskState" that I found useful was seeing how much of my hard drive is being eaten by the "swap file". Other than that, my reaction: "Yawn".
"DiskState" is functional and semi-reasonably priced.
