Download/HomepageThis program gets the most out of your e-mail by adding pictures, drawings, and tables with simple plain text. Most tools are quite similar to a normal painting program, but Effects uses characters instead of pixels. Also some tools are strictly for e-mail. There are some limitations. The lines of text must be of a fixed width, and the characters must within the standard ASCll range. You can remove this restriction, but you won’t like it.
You can convert pictures and tables in text, I’m not exactly sure why other than it looks good. When you use the pencil, circle, or square it still comes out as text. This is not an e-mail program, when you are done playing, you need to copy what you have done into an e-mail.
I’m not sure if this program has any lasting social value, but it was fun to play with.
