This is a way to back up your most important files using the internet. In order to do this you must arrange a FTP site from somewhere. They recommend that you check with your ISP first, I don’t know, when I asked my ISP they referred me to the section called My Place, which only allows you 2 MB.

If you can find a FTP site, the rest of the program is very easy to use. The first time you run it you need to fill out a bunch of info, then you can do full backups, or just backup what has changed since the last backup
