Download/HomepageNetris is a Tetris clone that allows you play against the computer, two players, or on network via TCP/IP. There is a piece preview, a line-up mode, which helps you get it in the correct spot, [especially good for first time players or kids] and plenty of things you can configure, available either through the toolbar or the menus.
You can set penalties, change the speed, change the animation or sound, change your level controls, customize your game board and background and much more. There is something else I don’t remember seeing before, it’s a ghost mode, which shows you what the outcome of dropping that piece right there, again really good for beginners and kids. And if you are really, really good at this game, just turn the animation off and watch those pieces fall.
