This program is one of the regular dual panel file managers. It has a standard set of capabilities and tools. Among them are: copy, delete, rename and other; command line; editable applications bar on the top; floppy disk commands (format, disk copy). The program supports most hotkeys, and standard interface operations with panels (swap, sort). This commander hasn't any complex graphics (it even doesn't have any file icons or graphical buttons), but the interface is very accessible (if you can read). Nico's commander contains the full complex of FTP and network features. Search system is not the fastest (but it does it's work). Some pleasure particulars I saw in other file managers are missing (last path isn't saved, quick view panel isn't exist, panel size can't be changed).
You can change many options, including functions of function keys. Interface is optional. It also contains some additional features: when the program is launched every window gets a timer and date. Three new applications has appeared on a tool bar - Windows shutdown (much faster way of shutting down the Windows than standard procedure), desktop menu (which provides you with an ability of clicking on the desktop shortcuts without minimizing all the windows on the screen) and control panel. The program is comfortable to work with and can replace Windows explorer with success.
