I wonder what fascinates people with the chess piece known as the Knight-I guess it's that odd move-but I have seen more than one game that is based on the knight only. I must say, this game adds several little twists, that make this program unique.

First, within this program, are four game variations. There is Knight's Tour, which is just like the old classic, one knight moves, trying to touch every square on the grid, and can't touch any square he has already touched. You can play with 2 players, and your piece can land on squares that the other has touched. Another twist is that it allows different size boards. [which the author says that 4X4 is impossible, 5X5 6X6 and 8X8 are ok, and he doesn't know if anything larger is possible]

Then there is Sir Arthur's Tour, which is same as the above except you can't cross the path of your previous moves. There is also Joust Sir Arthur, where you take turns moving, and you can't touch a square that either of you had touched or cross paths. You play until one player can't move anymore, and he yields. Lastly there is Battle Sir Arthur, where you take turns moving to squares not visited by either player, but you can cross the paths. Again you play till one player can't move, and he's lost.

Among other things you can undo 1 or 2 previous moves, change the color of player, or add name to player.

This program has a VERY unique way of 'encouraging' you to register this game, there is no 30 day period, or 30 plays or whatever. From install time you are only allowed to play for 30 minutes at one time, and this time period decreases monthly, AND once your play time is over, you can't open the program again for 60 minutes. Different, huh? Check it out!
