Create-a-Theme 98 makes it a snap to make desktop themes, as well as giving you the ability to open other themes. When you open a theme, you can change anything and everything, from a single color, to the entire sound collection. With Create-a-Theme 98, you have the power to do what you want to do from the very onset.

From the program you are presented with a tab style window from which you simply move from tab #1 to tab #4 as you build your theme(s). You choose the graphics, the sound, the wallpaper, the icons and cursors and then preview to your liking, and presto, instant themes.
