descriptions, custom labels and barcodes, custom form designer, appointment scheduler,
to-do list manager, wordprocessing and mailmerges, financial reports, and so much more.
The first time you run the program it asks you for Company Information, Tax System, System
Defaults, Printer Configuration, and Hardware Configuration. You can look around without
setting up though. The Databases include Customer, Inventory, Registration, Salesman,
Vendor, and Recurring Billing. The menu choices for Invoicing includes Enter/View
Invoices, Print Batch, Print Statements, Process Backorders, Process Recurring Billing and
Enter/View Payments. The Reports available are Aging, Summary, Backorder, Invoice,
Listing, Salesman Sales, Vendor Sales, Product List for Customers, Customer List for
Product, Inventory List for Vendor, Payment History, Profit or you can customize your own
reports and labels.
This program is easy to use but very powerful. There is just too many features to list
