published on the web or printed. You can also use it to email your resume to somebody. It
has several categories including Achievements, Awards, Educational History, Employment
History, Honors, Keywords, Objective, Organizations, Personal Statement, Personal
References, Professional References, Publications, References (By Request), Skill Areas,
and Summary. You can choose which categories you want included. Once you enter the
information into the databases you click file and properties and setup how you want it to
appear. Then you click file and publish to web or paper. It then takes the information
from the databases and makes a webpage.
There are several databases and fields that you enter information into by clicking the
Edit menu and which database you want to add records to. The Biographical Data is where
you enter your Name, Address, Phone, Email, and so on. The Statements Database is where
you enter Objective, Summary, Personal, and of Keywords. Educational History is where you
enter Institution Name, City, State, Country, Dates, URL, Degree, Year Awarded, and
Comments. The Employment History is where you enter Company Name, Position/Title, City,
State, From, To, and URL. The Honors/Awards/Achievements database is where you choose
which it is, Title, Date, and Comments/Description. Organizations is where you enter Name,
From, To, and Comments/Description. Publications for Book or Article, Author, Title,
Journal/Periodical and Year. References for Personal or Professional, Name, Title,
Organization, Address, Phone, and Email. Note not all the fields are required to be filled
in. The required fields are in red. You can also choose which records you want put in the
resume.
Once you figure out you have to go to edit and enter the information to the databases this
program is pretty easy to use. Your resume is not visible in the window. If you want to
see how it looks you have to publish it so you can view it in the browser. There is a 30
