and addresses. It is more than just your run of the mill address book though. You can
categorize the people you enter in one or more categories, you can have multiple phone
numbers for each person, you can print phone books, you can print labels, and so much
more. You can add, edit, and delete records. You can add your own categories. There is a
quick fill to put in the three most used city, state, and zip codes. The program is
extremely easy to use.
This program has many features. Phone categories is used for defining the number whether
it is home, business, or fax. Record categories is for placing the person in one or more
groups like family, client, and so on. You can add your own phone and record categories.
You can add, edit, and delete records easily. To add a record click the Add New Record
button or select Add Record (Ctrl+A) from the Tools menu. A new window will pop up just
fill in the information for each tab. You can move from tab to tab by clicking next. When
entering phone numbers remember to put the area code even it they are local. The program
will know if it is a local number when dialing by the area code you put in the modem
setup. Click the "International" button and a "011" will automatically
appear in the phone number field which must be dialed first before the number. When
entering numbers there is no need to type the "-" because the program does it
for you.
Other features of the program include dialing the number you select, searching, choice to
have it always on top or not, backup, restore, and letter search which will cause the
records list to scroll down to the first record that starts with the letter you keyed in.
The main screen will let you choose to Use Categories or Show All Records and sort by
First or Last name. Placing the mouse over the buttons will tell you what they do. It
displays a list of names and the address and phone numbers of the person selected in the
list. All in all an extremely easy program to use with a nice interface.
Novices and Power Users will love this program. This program is shareware. Unregistered
versions only allows you to store up to twenty records. Registering lets you store
unlimited records, provides you with unlimited e-mail support, and entitles you to all
future upgrades of the program. Take advantage of the evaluation version and see for
