scripts without having to have any knowledge of programming. The characters are animated
3D character that can have text-to-speech abilities and understand voice activated
commands. You can use them to enhance your desktop, bring attention to your web pages,
make presentations, say hello to a friend, and more. You use MASH to make your character
move, gesture, talk, and go on. The easy to use interface will have you creating scripts
in minutes. You can save your scripts in a lot of different formats including Executable
files, E-mail Stationery, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, Visual Basic, and VBA for Office
97/2000 Documents.
The Tab pages are Main, Advanced Speak, Map Text, Date Time, Sing, Balloon font, Balloon
Style, Bookmarks, Commands, Script Output, Script Output Types, Options, and Help. Each
Tab page has a lot of options too many to list let alone explain in detail. The options
are pretty much self explanatory though but if you need a little help the documentation is
pretty good. Just make sure Auto add actions is selected then select a character and drag
him around the screen. Mash will record the move each time you let off the left mouse
button when you get tired of moving the character around hit the play button and see your
first script in action. It's that easy.
Overall the program is fun and easy to use. However it does not come with any characters
but does have an option on the help tab that will take you to where you can download some
if you don't have any. Also you need to have Microsoft Agent installed to hear your
characters speak and use the voice commands. Anyway if you are into those Microsoft
Animated 3D characters mostly like you already have everything installed you need to have.
Now just download this program and make your own presentations. There is really no
programming knowledge needed and it is really easy to use but don't take my word for it
