You will receive your own fax number (a toll free number is available for a small charge), a fax viewer to read incoming faxes, and the convenience of having your faxes sent directly to an e-mail account. This is great for people without a dedicated fax machine and the times I have received faxes everything has gone great. I now have all my faxes sent to eFax.
