This cute little program sits quietly until you get on the internet, and then it checks the time using the atomic clock, [which is at HTML1DocumentEncodingutf-8time-A.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov] and it posts it to the display window. Also in the display window, is the time your computer has. Then the Atomic Time 98 compares the two, and displays the difference in the time. You can display the clock in actual time, local time, or GMT time. If, after checking, the 2 times don't match, you can hit the adjust button, and atomic time 98 quickly adjusts your computer clock, without opening control panel, so that the 2 times match.
While this is a neat-for-a-while program, I have no use, here at home, for that kind of accuracy, but it's nice to know it's available if you do need that accuracy, isn't it?
