Bill's Calendar can keep text and audio notes, schedule daily tasks, duplicate repetitive events, and auto-purge it's files. Your calendar and schedule can be printed or even exported to the web. It is extremely easy to use, and contains an awful lot of features. Writing yourself notes, leaving yourself a "unlimited length" wav file, or scheduling tasks is just a right click away. There are many options and preferences, and status labels show your notes in different fonts and colors to catch your attention.

You can duplicate all of the functions by days, weeks, months, quarters, and years. There are sounds for your interface, and for alarms. I guess you have figured out by now that I can't say enough good about this program, I really like it.

You can register a single user license for $19.95, or you can get site licenses, which are the number of users at the same location. You can get a site license for 10 copies for $75, 50 copies for $199, 150 copies for $275, and an unlimited license [1 location] for $499. For multiple locations you need to contact the author for custom quotes.

Every desk should have Bill's Calendar!
