When you click on setup, it creates a bin file that runs a different joke whenever you start your computer, and puts a shortcut in the start menu so that a joke comes up when the computer is started. You can disable that by removing the shortcut from the startup menu, then you will have to click on the exe file to see a joke.
When the joke screen comes up you can either click ok, another joke, [which of course will give you another joke, or about, which not only gives you the commercial but has a link to a website where you can download more jokes.
