NeoPaint for Windows is an all in one graphic program, that has the usual standard features of any old paint program, as well as a wide variety of new tools, such as the blender tool to mix up a image’s shape and color, or the stamp tool that allows a user to stamp images on his work.
NeoPaint’s also has dozens of special effects and textures, as well as custom paint brushes, to make a users image the way he/she wants it. The program also has a built-in NeoGrab screen capture; GIF animator, and icon editor, as well as dozens of other tools. If you’re looking for a good graphic design program, that has everything you’ll ever need for creating spectacular images, then I strongly recommend this program to you.
