The file that you download will extract the setup files for BP diary. Then you run the setup. It is obvious from the start that this is older software. The good news is that BP diary's age has nothing to do with it's efficiency.

BP diary has three tabbed windows, they are Diary, List and Trend. The Diary part is where you input your blood pressure and pulse. There is space for three daily entries. The List tab gives you a numerical and graphical display. The Trend tab is another graphical display, this time graph showing all of the data over the whole historical period. Plus you can print out the data.

Well, what to say? BP diary is made to one thing, make your life easier about the recording of your blood pressure. That is exactly what it does. I highly recommend it.
