The accuracy setting is for both fractions and integer.
The program gets put in your start menu, and after you deal with the registration warning, you have a small box in the corner, that shows a regular clock, set upon the world globe, and the moon, and the phases of the moon change daily. There are general purpose alarms and general purpose timers that can also be set.
